Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Claricore AI services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Use of Services
- You may use the services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and access keys.
- You must not interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, or bypass security controls.
Customer Data and Security
You retain ownership of customer data you submit to the platform. You grant Claricore AI permission to process data solely to provide and improve contracted services. Both parties agree to maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards.
Fees and Billing
Paid services are billed according to signed order forms, statements of work, or subscription agreements. Unless otherwise specified, fees are non-refundable and taxes are your responsibility.
Intellectual Property
- Claricore AI and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, software, models, and documentation.
- No ownership rights are transferred except for limited usage rights expressly granted in writing.
- Feedback may be used by Claricore AI to improve services without restriction or compensation.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on an "as available" basis unless service-level commitments are included in a separate written agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claricore AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate services as described in the governing commercial agreement. Upon termination, access rights end, and data handling will follow applicable contractual commitments.
Changes to Terms
Claricore AI may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
